Based on a selection of Hilma af Klint paintings I explored the world of colouring and pleating to translate her expression into my own, in textiles.
I made multiple samples in different materials, colour ways and pleating techniques. Until I came up with my final result, a silk crepe sculpture in pink and blue pleated in a fan mould.
